Wave IV: Workshop program
In their Celo Development 101 learning community, participants learn from curated learning materials, basic Celo concepts. In the tutorial, users learn how to build their first decentralized application on top of Celo, a marketplace Dapp. Users learn how to write Solidity contracts in the Remix IDE with the Celo plugin and to create a frontend in vanilla JS with the Celo contractKit. The main objective is for people not only to go through the tutorial and learn how to use the technology but to build something on their own. In the challenge, developers apply their new knowledge practically and build a working project, published to GitHub. After users enter their submission, they receive feedback from their peers. Developers then go on to give their peers feedback and group up to cooperate on further projects (e.g. Celo Hackathons, Celo Camp).
Submissions and feedback are rewarded with cUSD tokens.
