Celo University Ambassadors are representatives of Celo on their respective campuses. We hope to develop a cohort of Ambassadors with a wide array of skills, technical, marketing, events, etc. All specialisations and backgrounds are welcome to apply!
Ambassadors are expected to have a general understanding of Celo and the palette of activities we offer for students. Full discretion remains with the Ambassador of how to go about realising these events in an innovative way on their respective campuses. To that end, please carefully go over the Guild Resources and Support page. Accepted Ambassadors will also receive a brief onboarding session at the beginning of their ambassadorship.
Ambassadors are paid based on event completion. Each event requires certain submission materials to be considered adequately complete. Please refer to the table below. Event organisation costs are covered by respective Celo programs or can be directly requested from the Guild itself. However, the University Ambassador program is aimed at small, grass roots events that cost max 500 USD to host, often less. For bigger partnerships, please directly discuss this with the Celo representative who onboarded you.
